Returns

We want you to love your order! However, if you need to return an item within the UK, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

To initiate a return, please email us in advance and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.

• If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Important:
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
